Shipping Policy

At Dermatic, we utilize a global network of fulfillment centers to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping practices and policies below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Please note that during periods of high volume, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Destinations & Fulfillment

We proudly ship worldwide. To minimize transit times, your order will automatically be routed to and dispatched from the fulfillment facility closest to your delivery address that currently has your items in stock.

3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your exact location and your proximity to our nearest fulfillment center.
  • Carrier Delays: While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, they are not guaranteed. Dermatic is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by courier logistics, severe weather, or customs processing.

4. How to Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to monitor your package's journey directly on the "Track Your Order" page available on our website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipping regulations vary by country. Please read the following carefully based on your location:

  • For the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and Ireland: Orders shipped to these countries are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all applicable taxes and duties are included in the final price at checkout, and you will not be hit with any surprise fees upon delivery.
  • For the Rest of the World: Orders shipped to countries outside of the list above are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your local government once a shipment reaches your country. Dermatic is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information regarding these fees before placing an order.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is entirely accurate. Dermatic is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us immediately at Support@TryDermatic.com. We will do our best to update the information, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered the processing stage.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

  • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, building management, and your local post office before contacting us.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
